2, the qualifications of bidders:
2.1 The bidder must have the production or distribution of doors and
qualification related materials, there have been corresponding sales,
with qualifications prescribed by the State or its authorized corporate
branches;
2.2 companies must bid for the general taxpayer, can be issued by the
Division I professional requirements of the product value-added tax
invoices;
2.3 The bidder must provide a copy of business three certificates
(three certificates one company offers a service license copy to),
stamped together with the tender documents sealed in a bag;
3, the tender requirements and technical specifications:

6 modify the tender documents
