On November 14th local time, the No. 4 system improvement project for the water distribution network in District II, Benfica, Luanda Province, Angola, undertaken by CBITEC, officially began. Bernardete Garcia, the director of the Water Company under the Ministry of Energy and Water (MINEA) of Angola, signed the commencement order with CBITEC.

The Owner expresses gratitude and praise to CBITEC for fulfilling the local responsibilities as a Chinese funded enterprise actively, providing a large number of job opportunities for the local area and solving the difficulties of local employment problem. Indicated by the Owner, the improvement project of the water distribution network in District II, Benfica is a key livelihood project in Benfica City, Luanda, Angola. They believe that CBITEC will dedicate to overcome difficulties & challenges, complete the execution of the water network project with high quality & efficiency, benefit the local residents at an early date, and contribute to the socio-economic development of Benfica City.
The Project is our first project financed by the World Bank,which is a milestone for our company to expand the financing source for overseas projects. Located in Benfica City, Luanda Province, Angola, the Project includes topographic mapping & geological research, construction drawing design, water treatment plant construction, water distribution center construction, process pipeline and valve erection, etc. When completed, the project will effectively improve the status of water use difficulties for the residents in the region, which has great significance for improving the livelihoods of the local people and promoting the economic development.
